1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 7p77p platform, including all associated products, services, content and functionality made available through 7p77p.pro. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise accessing any part of the 7p77p platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 7p77p Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 7p77p platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that their use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Bots, automated agents and entities acting through proxy are not permitted to register or place wagers.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on 7p77p or any affiliated platform at the time of accessing the service.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep all account details up to date at all times.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor or family member of any employee of 7p77p or any entity involved in the supply of games or services to 7p77p.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 7p77p services, users must complete the account registration process by providing a valid mobile number, creating a secure password and accepting these Terms. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 7p77p will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify 7p77p support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. Contact details are available at the bottom of this page.
• Account details including mobile number, name and payment method information must be accurate and kept current. Changes to account details may require identity verification before taking effect.
• The transfer, sale or assignment of your 7p77p account to any other person is strictly prohibited. Account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.

7p77p reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any point in the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or following any transaction pattern that triggers an internal review. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7p77p are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit cap under standard account conditions, though enhanced due diligence may apply to large transactions.
• Deposits are credited to the player wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 7p77p is not responsible for delays attributable to the payment provider's own processing times.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit unless otherwise approved by 7p77p following a formal review. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals process within minutes under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification checks before being released.
• 7p77p does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits received from third-party sources may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

7p77p reserves the right to apply anti-money-laundering (AML) screening to any account and to request supporting documentation where a transaction or pattern of transactions raises a concern. Cooperation with such requests is a condition of continued access to the platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

7p77p offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion. Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses apply to first-time depositors only.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period specified. Expired bonus funds and associated pending winnings will be removed from the account automatically.
• 7p77p reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled mid-wagering, any real-money portion of the balance unaffected by the bonus will remain intact.
• Abuse of bonuses, including use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to hedge bonus-funded positions, or exploiting technical errors, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 7p77p platform, covering both the sportsbook product including cricket betting and the casino product including live casino, slots and crash games:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed by the platform. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a specific cash-out feature is available and used prior to event settlement.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect price or payout being displayed, 7p77p reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's wallet, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• Cricket betting markets are settled in accordance with official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB or equivalent). Specific settlement rules for rain-affected or abandoned matches are published in the relevant sport's supplementary rules section.
• The minimum and maximum stake amounts per wager are defined by the specific market or game in question and are displayed at the time of placing the bet. Stake limits may vary across sports, leagues and casino products.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or closed by 7p77p at any time without prior notice, including during in-play events, for reasons including but not limited to score changes, system maintenance or data feed interruption.

7p77p reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, placed using funds credited in error, or placed in a manner that exploits a pricing or system error. Where a void is applied, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance in full.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7p77p platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening more than one account, whether under the same or a different name, mobile number or payment method, for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses or otherwise abusing the platform.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, spider or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner, including for placing bets, scraping data or bypassing security controls.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or using the platform to conduct any financial transaction that is illegal under applicable law.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform's software, games or payment systems. Any player who identifies a vulnerability must report it to support immediately rather than attempting to exploit it.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event, or engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or insider betting.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during the registration, verification or withdrawal process, including submitting forged or altered documents as proof of identity or age.

8. Responsible Gaming

7p77p is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all player segments in Bangladesh. We recognise that gambling should be an entertaining leisure activity and not a source of financial or personal distress. The following responsible gaming tools and policies are available to all registered users:

• Deposit limits: Players may request a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit to be applied to their account at any time by contacting 7p77p support.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which their account will be suspended and no deposits or wagers will be permitted.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request indefinite self-exclusion. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality checks: Players may enable session time reminders that display how long they have been playing and prompt them to review their activity at regular intervals.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7p77p platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces and compilation thereof, is the property of 7p77p or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any content from the platform without the express prior written consent of 7p77p.

The 7p77p brand name, logo and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of 7p77p. Unauthorised use of any trademark, trade name or other intellectual property of 7p77p in any manner is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7p77p, its directors, employees, agents and partners expressly disclaim all liability for the following:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own decision to wager, including losses sustained during technically valid gameplay sessions.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, or events outside 7p77p's reasonable control including acts of nature, government action or telecommunications failure.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind, even if 7p77p has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 7p77p's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Any content, information or advice obtained through or from the 7p77p platform that is relied upon by the player at their own risk. 7p77p makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any such content.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

7p77p reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by 7p77p, or submission of fraudulent, forged or altered documentation.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7, or any behaviour that 7p77p reasonably determines to constitute a risk of harm to the platform, other users or third parties.
• Where required by law, regulation or court order, including requests from competent authorities in connection with anti-money-laundering investigations or fraud inquiries.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus play subject to an incomplete wagering requirement) will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for their most recent deposit, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification obligations.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

7p77p collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the 7p77p platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The types of data collected include, but are not limited to, your name, mobile number, device information, transaction history and gameplay data.

7p77p does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers strictly for the purpose of operating the platform, processing payments, conducting identity verification and complying with legal obligations. All data sharing arrangements are governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

7p77p reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. The date of the most recent revision is displayed in the Last Updated field at the top of this page.

Where an amendment materially affects a player's rights or obligations, 7p77p will endeavour to notify affected users via the registered mobile number or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 7p77p operates as an online entertainment platform. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their own jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 7p77p, the player should first contact 7p77p support to seek an informal resolution. 7p77p will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other course of action.
